Perfectly Repair Scratches on Laminate Floor/Worktop/Furniture in 8 easy steps

STEP 1. Preparation

Clean the area with the spatula and remove all the parts that have come off. remove any edges that may be present.

STEP 2. Choice of color

Find the correct shade among those available. it may be necessary to combine more colors to obtain a shade similar to the original one

STEP 3. Dissolving the wax

Press and hold the heating button of the heating pen (release will stop heating immediately)，Dissolve small portions of wax.

STEP 4. Filling

Pour portions of melted wax into the damaged area until it is slightly overfilled.

STEP 5. Smoothing

Let the wax cool for approx. 5-7secondi. after that, carefully remove the excess wax with the planer by applying slight pressure

STEP 6. Touch-up details

for a more precise result, reproduce the wood grain with a darker color. after that, remove the excess wax again with the planer.

STEP 7. Finishing

The remains of wax can be removed with the white abrasive sponge, which allows at the same time to adapt the degree of gloss of the surface.

STEP 8. Cleaning

Allow the fuser nozzle to cool. Remove the remains of wax from it. remove the remains of cear also from the grooves of the planer using the spatula

P.S. For safe use, you must press and hold the heating button to achieve heating, and releasing the button will cause the heating to stop immediately.
